I Feel It In My Heart!

There is an awakening occurring in your Heart right now! Deep in the depths of every blood vessel and the four chambers, you are aware that you have everything you need. That you emanate from something  so PHENOMENAL there are no words that can describe it. It's GLORY, and GRANDER is intangible. The totality of what it is, is non-physical. Yet right there in the center of your Heart Chakra, exist the link to ALL that you are!

BE... Okay in this moment of your lesson. BE... okay in this moment of whatever is unfolding in your surroundings. None of it means anything. It is and you ARE... 

Here are a few suggestions on nourishing your Heart Chakra;

First I'd like to share some interesting facts about the heart. The heart pumps on average  between 60-100  times in a minute but  can beat much faster if necessary and about 100,000 times in a day and 30 million times in a year. Without proper nutrition, and positive thoughts the heart gets weaker. Take notice of how your heart is affected by any stressful or angry thoughts that come up in the moment. In the same breath, if trying times do arise ride it out, don’t fight against it because the feeling will only escalate stronger. Deal with it! sit with the uneasiness so that you may avoid behavior modification. In other words, brushing the issue aside, and telling yourself that you’re over it when not. It is very important to be honest and work on telling the truth not only to yourself but to everyone.

Foods that are beneficial for the heart are, any foods rich in Omega 3 fatty acids which lower cholesterol like Salmon, Flax Seeds, Oatmeal, Almonds, Walnuts, Halibut, Tuna, and Krill/Cod Liver Oil, Red wine.  Any dark leafy green (Phytonutrients) like spinach, kale, collards, as well as spirulina, chlorella and any of the blue green algae (which give vitality and oxygen to the blood cells). Asparagus, Broccoli and Acorn Squash are also top choices. Anti-oxidant rich foods like Polyphenols (found in all berries, Blue berries, black berries, strawberries, raspberries etc,) and Carotenoids (Found in colorful fruits and vegetables, sweet potato, oranges, carrots, bell peppers, papaya, mangoes). Carotenoids are rich in Vitamin A a Fat soluble nutrient and also consist of lutein, alpha-carotene, beta-carotene, and lycopene. Minerals like magnesium, calcium and Potassium all help to lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Lastly foods rich in fiber and B complex vitamins all help to lower your LDL (Low Density Levels or bad cholesterol).
